From Deals to Design: How Vis Magna is Redefining Success

How following my intuition & flow over strategy built a billion-dollar network and why the future of business lies in understanding your energetic design, not fighting against it.

There are moments in life when you look back and realize the story was writing itself all along.

For me, the path that became Vis Magna didn't start with a business plan. It started as quiet whispers: intuitive introductions, chance encounters, seamless alignments that felt orchestrated by something far greater than myself.

For over sixteen years, I found myself connecting people across continents, weaving collaborations that moved not just millions, but billions in opportunities, properties, and ventures. 

At the time, I didn't name it. I simply followed the energy.

I would meet a visionary founder in Singapore and instinctively know they belonged in conversation with a family office in London. During a Bangkok trip, fellow Singaporeans in the renewable energy space would cross my path at the exact moment the universe was ready to expand my understanding. 

What began as a chance encounter evolved into a consultancy role where learning the ropes became as valuable as any transaction. 

It takes two hands to clap: one willing to learn, another willing to share and expand together. The first secured site in Singapore emerged from this spirit of mutual growth. This reminded me that the most meaningful connections aren't always about immediate monetary exchange, but about foresight paired with openness.

Then there was the unexpected connection while traversing Central Asia, somewhere between Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan, when a chance conversation with someone initially positioned as an adversary became a bridge to new possibilities. 

Years later, that same thread would weave back into my story, connecting a passionate F&B innovator with opportunities that span continents. These weren't calculated introductions; they were energetic inevitabilities.

Only later did I understand what was truly unfolding: Vis Magna wasn't built, it was born.

The Pattern Recognition

After my awakening journey across 67 countries, patterns became impossible to ignore.

I could see why some partnerships thrived while others quietly dissolved. Why certain ventures soared with ease while others struggled against invisible resistance. It was never about credentials, funding, or timing alone.

The missing ingredient was energy, alignment between the soul of the people and the soul of the partnership.

Some deals felt forced from the beginning. Perfect on paper, but lacking that essential resonance that makes collaboration effortless. I'd watch brilliant minds with impressive track records struggle to find their rhythm together, while others would flow with such natural ease that contracts seemed like formalities - the real agreement had already been made at an energetic level.

I began to notice the subtle signs: how people's energy shifted when they met the right collaborator, the way conversations flowed when partnerships were meant to be, the almost magnetic pull that drew certain ventures together while others required constant effort to maintain momentum.

Looking back, this alignment had been guiding my work all along. 

The billion-dollar opportunities weren't random wins, they were evidence of what happens when energy is in flow. When the right souls meet at the right time with the right intention, magic becomes inevitable.

Through this awakening, I discovered Human Design, a framework that put language to what I had intuitively felt for years.

It revealed that each person carries a unique energetic blueprint: a way of making decisions, a rhythm of working and resting, a role they naturally play within a team.

When I started viewing partnerships through this lens, everything clicked. 

The founder who burned out after two years of hustle was a Generator trying to operate like a Manifestor. The leadership team struggling with decision-making had three Projectors and no defined authority between them. The startup that scaled effortlessly had naturally complementary designs that created energetic coherence.
